GAYTON BAPTIST Mission GO 2025: July 24 - July 27

“Serve One Another"

"All the believers were together and had everything in common." - Acts 2:44

During VBS our adults and children were taught and challenged to "Live It Out" and love one another, just as Christ loves us; and we are excited for the opportunity to demonstrate that service to our local community on the fourth weekend in July for our annual summer Mission GO! Believers of all ages within our Gayton Baptist Church Family are invited to serve together on mission right here in RVA as we shine the light of Jesus to our neighbors! There are projects for all, from preschoolers to our senior saints, in which we meet real and practical needs while building authentic relationships with our neighbors and with our church family.  Not available the whole weekend? Not a problem! Choose your own mission adventure and sign up for the opportunities that will fit into your family’s schedule and rhythm.

There are a variety of projects, designed for people of all ages and abilities to be able to assist, including:

A) Staining steps and a ramp

B) Cleaning steps

C) Cleaning gutters

D) Organizing a garage and shed

E) Weed eating and mulching

F) Assembling dozens of frozen meals to deliver to Better Together RVA families

G) Serving a family from our community holding a memorial service here at our church

Please complete the registration form and pay $20/person, $40/couple, or $50/family by Monday, July 21, 2025. Events will take place between Thursday, July 24 and Sunday, July 27. *The registration fee covers the cost of meals and resources needed to complete mission projects during the weekend.
